Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to SafiZero, an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to simplify Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance and sustainability reporting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and educational institutions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SafiZero platform, including all features, tools, content, and services provided (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

⚠️    Important Note: SafiZero is currently operating in a pilot/pre-launch phase and is managed by its founding team. The company is not yet incorporated as a legal entity in the UAE or any other jurisdiction. These Terms are provisional and may be revised upon formal company registration.

2. Pilot Phase Disclaimer

The Service is currently offered in a pilot (beta) phase, provided free of charge for early testing and validation purposes. During this phase:

  • Features may be experimental, limited, or subject to change without notice;
  • The platform is offered “as is” and “as available”with no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular use;
  • Participation is entirely voluntary, and users acknowledge that the platform is not fully audited or certified for regulatory compliance.

You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk, and that SafiZero is not liable for any reliance placed on the platform or its outputs during this stage.

3. Eligibility

To access and use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years oldor the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization (if applicable);
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.

The Service is designed for users in the UAE and GCC region, but may be accessed globally during the pilot.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete informationduring registration and ongoing use;
  • Ensure that all data you upload or submit (e.g., emissions, energy bills, audit results) is lawfully obtainedand authorized;
  • Maintain the securityof your login credentials;
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized useof your account;
  • Back up your data, as we do not guarantee its preservation during the pilot phase;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulationsin your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on reports, insights, or recommendations generated by the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or harmful;
  • Use the AI chatbot or any platform features to generate misleading, unethical, or harmful content;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or accesssource code, algorithms, or underlying systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or conduct any activity intended to damage, disrupt, or overloadthe Service;
  • Use the platform to promote unlawful conductor infringe on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the integrity or purpose of the platform.

6. Service Limitations

SafiZero is intended as a support tool for ESG understanding and strategy. It is not a substitute for professional legal, environmental, or regulatory advice.

During the pilot phase:

  • Reports are non-bindingand intended for informational and exploratory use only;
  • There is no guaranteeof regulatory acceptance, audit approval, or eligibility for programs such as carbon credits or green financing;
  • The platform may experience downtime, incomplete functionality, or feature changeswithout notice.

SafiZero shall not be held liable for any damages, penalties, or business consequences related to reliance on its outputs during this early-access phase.

7. Subscription / Access

During the pilot phase:

  • Access is free of charge, available through a waitlist or invitation-onlymodel;
  • Features may include watermarked reports, limited downloads, or capped data usage;
  • Access is not guaranteed, and participation may be paused or revoked at any time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce paid subscription modelsin the future;
  • Modify access levels and feature availability;
  • Decline service to any user at our sole discretion.

No refunds or service credits will be provided during the pilot.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SafiZero and its team disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
  • We do not warrantthat the Service will be accurate, reliable, secure, or free from bugs;
  • In no event shall SafiZero or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Service;
  • If any liability does arise, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim(which may be zero during the pilot).
9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafiZero, its team members, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;
  • Any data or content you submit;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Any infringement of rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights) caused by your use of the Service.
10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Misuse or abuse of platform features;
  • Technical, operational, or business reasons.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease;
  • We may delete your data and remove access to your account;
  • No compensation or liability will be owed to you.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@safizero.com.

11. Governing Law (Interim Provision)

These Terms are governed by general legal principles applicable to early-stage software trials and pilot programs. No specific legal jurisdiction shall apply until SafiZero is formally incorporated.

Until such time, both parties agree to act in good faith and resolve any disputes or issues informally. Upon incorporation, these Terms will be updated to reflect a formal governing law and venue.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will update the effective date and publish the revised version on our platform.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Pre-Registration Disclaimer

SafiZero is currently operated by an unregistered founding team and is not yet incorporated as a legal entity in the UAE or elsewhere. These Terms are provisional and non-binding under any national legal system. They are intended to guide the ethical and fair use of the Service during the pilot phase only.

Upon formal incorporation, SafiZero will update these Terms to align with UAE laws and applicable regulatory frameworks.
